*Package Plan includes cottage, 16 foot aluminum boat, 15 h.p. motor, 1st tank of gas. Each additional person (over 2 yrs) including visitors: Daily $25; Weekly $100, ONLY THE NUMBER RESERVED FOR WILL BE ACCEPTED. Maximum occupancy (includes infants & visitors): 2 bdrm, 6 persons or 4 adults; 1 bdrm., 3 persons (single family). Deduct $50 off weekly rate for additional consecutive weeks.
 
1 Bedroom - Cottage style with patio door, queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, 3 piece washroom with oversized shower, electric heat, colour TV, propane BBQ, deck and picnic table. Beautiful view of the bay. Satellite T.V. available.
 
2 Bedroom - 3 piece washroom, fully equipped kitchen, 1 queen bed (double in 2 & 4) and two twin beds, sofa bed in livingroom, electric heat, propane fireplace (except #2), colour TV, deck, picnic table & propane BBQ. Beautiful view of the bay and our own sand beach.
 
3 Bedroom "Penthouse"(Maximum occupancy 6 persons) - Deluxe executive chalet style cottage with cathedral ceilings, pine panelled walls, modern fully equipped kitchen, 4 piece bath including whirlpool tub and separate vanity area, 3 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 set of bunkbeds. Living room tastefully furnished including a propane fireplace and wall to wall windows with vertical blinds and wide screen TV. Extra large covered deck with patio furniture, picnic table and

Rates are in Canadian Funds and subject to 13% HST.

A $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT will be charged at registration and fully refunded on departure if no damages occur.

All guests must register and pay THE BALANCE UPON ARRIVAL by CASH, DEBIT or VISA or MASTERCARD.

DEPOSIT

June 30- August 25 - $250.00 per cottage per week
Other Times - $150 per cottage per week (or shorter period)
Refundable on 60 days notice of cancellation ($50 cancellation fee) .
BONFIRE GET TOGETHER - Thursday evenings during peak season (weather permitting).

Free - Use of pedal boats, canoes, windsurfers and kayaks. Other water sports may be arranged. Basic approved life preservers are available but those preferring better, should bring their own.

NO PETS ALLOWED due to sanitary reasons. Kennels available in Parry Sound.

Bedding supplied, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS and DISH TOWELS. No charge for parking, garbage bags, toilet tissue.  Fish cleaning hut, wrapping and freezing no charge.
